Swaraj Engines’ September-quarter profit rises 22% to ₹61 crore as revenue grows 26%

Swaraj Engines Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026 on 12 Oct 2026. Profit for the September quarter was ₹6,057 lakh (₹60.57 crore), up 22% from ₹4,968 lakh a year earlier, and revenue from operations rose 26% to ₹63,519 lakh (₹635.19 crore) from ₹50,404 lakh.
Revenue was 8% above the ₹58,839 lakh of the June 2026 quarter, and profit was 9% above the ₹5,553 lakh of that quarter. Profit before tax was ₹8,138 lakh, against ₹6,675 lakh. Cost of materials consumed rose to ₹50,288 lakh from ₹39,863 lakh, employee benefits expense to ₹1,624 lakh from ₹1,389 lakh, and other expenses to ₹3,337 lakh from ₹2,715 lakh. Basic earnings per share were ₹49.86, against ₹40.89.
For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹1,22,358 lakh against ₹98,814 lakh a year earlier, a rise of 24%, and profit was ₹11,610 lakh against ₹9,965 lakh, a rise of 17%.

Profit before tax grew by 22%, a little less than the 26% growth in revenue. Total expenses grew by about 26%, in line with revenue, and other income fell from ₹4.61 crore to ₹1.58 crore.
