Tata Technologies Limited has told the exchanges that it released its unaudited standalone and consolidated results, with the limited review report, for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026 on 14 Oct 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations for the September quarter rose 28% to ₹1,698.80 crore from ₹1,323.33 crore a year earlier, and profit after tax rose 4% to ₹171.44 crore from ₹165.50 crore.
Revenue was 2% above the ₹1,664.63 crore of the June 2026 quarter, while profit was 5% below the ₹180.75 crore of that quarter. Total income was ₹1,729.95 crore, against ₹1,371.53 crore. Basic earnings per share were ₹4.22, against ₹4.08 a year earlier and ₹4.45 in June.
Total expenses rose to ₹1,499.66 crore from ₹1,150.97 crore. Employee benefits expense was ₹823.31 crore, against ₹650.15 crore, and outsourcing and consultancy charges were ₹186.48 crore, against ₹93.20 crore. Finance costs were ₹19.85 crore, against ₹4.57 crore, and depreciation and amortisation was ₹54.27 crore, against ₹30.89 crore.
For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹3,363.43 crore against ₹2,567.62 crore a year earlier, and profit after tax was ₹352.19 crore against ₹335.78 crore.
Inference
Revenue grew far faster than profit. The filing shows expenses rising by about 30%, with outsourcing charges, finance costs and depreciation all well above their year-earlier levels, which left profit before tax up only about 7%.
Finance costs were more than four times their year-earlier level and depreciation was about 76% higher, which points to changes in the company’s borrowing and asset base, although the filing does not describe the cause in the part reviewed here.
