Tejas Networks Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 16 Oct 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, along with the limited review report. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for the September quarter rose 55% to ₹404.91 crore from ₹261.37 crore a year earlier, and the net loss narrowed to ₹207.77 crore from ₹307.17 crore.

Revenue from operations was 0.7% above the ₹401.95 crore of the June 2026 quarter. Total income was ₹412.72 crore, against ₹267.38 crore a year earlier. The net loss compares with a loss of ₹202.24 crore in the June quarter, and the loss per share was ₹11.67, against ₹17.38 a year earlier.

Cost of materials consumed was ₹237.84 crore, against ₹246.22 crore. A note says that the cost of materials in the September 2025 quarter included a charge of ₹145.43 crore, mainly for contract manufacturing process losses, design changes and other matters. Other expenses in the quarter included a warranty provision of ₹7.24 crore, against ₹44.44 crore a year earlier.

For the half year, standalone revenue from operations was ₹806.86 crore against ₹463.30 crore a year earlier, and the net loss was ₹410.01 crore against ₹501.08 crore.

    Inference

The company remained loss-making on a standalone basis, although the loss was smaller than a year earlier. The year-earlier quarter carried a ₹145.43 crore materials charge that the filing notes, so part of the narrowing reflects that earlier item.

Depreciation and finance costs were large lines in the quarter, at ₹91.48 crore and ₹86.50 crore. The figures here are standalone, and the filing also contains a consolidated statement for readers who want the group position.
