Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has reported unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026. Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹709.04 crore, up about 65% from ₹428.42 crore in the same quarter a year earlier and about 27% from ₹559.28 crore in the June 2026 quarter.

Total income for the September quarter was ₹711.84 crore, against ₹440.81 crore a year earlier. For the half year, revenue from operations was ₹1,268.32 crore against ₹938.95 crore, and total income was ₹1,285.40 crore against ₹967.72 crore.

The results are in ₹ crore, are unaudited, and were reviewed by the Audit Committee and the board on 13 Oct 2026 and subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors. The filing also contains consolidated results. This article covers the standalone revenue and income lines; the profit lines are in the full statement.

    Inference

The standalone figures show a sharp rise in revenue over both the year-earlier quarter and the previous quarter. The filing does not explain what drove the increase, such as order execution or pricing, and does not give guidance for later quarters.

A rise in revenue does not by itself say what happened to profit, and the profit figures are not covered in this article. Investors who follow the company may want to read the full statement, including the consolidated results, for the cost lines and the profit.
