Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 14 Oct 2026, approved an investment of up to ₹149.51 crore (₹1,49,51,13,103.05) in its wholly owned subsidiary, Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Private Limited (TIB). The company will subscribe to a rights issue of up to 8,41,715 equity shares of ₹10 each in TIB, at an issue price of ₹1,776.27 per share, which includes a premium of ₹1,766.27.
