The filing says the results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 05 Nov 2026, approved by the board on 06 Nov 2026, and given a limited review by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, which reported no matter that causes it to believe the statements contain a material misstatement.

Dividends on equity share capital paid in the half year were ₹143.64 crore standalone and ₹144.75 crore consolidated. The filing does not say what dividend the board intends for the current year, and it does not give the reasons for the change in other income or in profit before tax between the quarters.
