Vinati Organics Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that CARE Ratings has reaffirmed its long-term and short-term bank facilities of ₹237 crore at CARE AA+; Stable and CARE A1+. CARE’s press release is dated 8 Oct 2026.
CARE says the rating draws strength from the company’s strong global position in ATBS and isobutyl benzene, which it expects to be sustained in the medium term, along with negligible leverage and strong liquidity. It names constraints in raw-material and currency volatility, softer demand for some products, and execution risks from its capacity expansion and diversification, including its subsidiary Veeral Organic Private Limited.
Inference
The reaffirmation leaves the rating where it was. CARE ties it both to strengths in the two core products and to risks from the new capacity, which the company is still building.
