Orkla India chairman Johansen resigns from board and two committees

Orkla India (NSE: ORKLAINDIA) has had its chairman and non-executive non-independent director, Atle Vidar Nagel Johansen, resign with effect from closure of business on 26 Oct 2026, it said in a filing on 27 Oct 2026. He also ceases to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Johansen has tendered his resignation as Chairman and Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director of Orkla India Limited, effective from closure of business hours on 26 Oct 2026.
