Inference
The filing states a dividend paid to equity shareholders of ₹25.05 crore in the half year, and does not state a dividend declared for the quarter. The board recommended the appointment of Dr. Steffen Berns as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for three years from 1 Jan 2027, subject to shareholder approval by postal ballot. The filing does not give the reason for the appointment. The reason for the fall in standalone other income and for the net loss of the four subsidiaries is also not stated.
