Meghmani Organics receives NCLT order approving merger of Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition

Meghmani Organics Limited has told the exchanges on 9 Oct 2026 that it received on that day the certified copy of an order of the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Kilburn Chemicals Limited and Meghmani Crop Nutrition Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries, with the company.
The scheme becomes effective on filing the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The order was passed under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the certified copy was filed along with the intimation.
Inference
The tribunal’s approval is in hand, and the final step is the filing with the Registrar of Companies. Because the transferors are wholly owned subsidiaries, the merger combines entities within the group.
