Meghmani Organics says NCLT Ahmedabad has sanctioned the merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries into it

Meghmani Organics Limited has told the exchanges on 8 Oct 2026 that the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, on that date pronounced the order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Kilburn Chemicals Limited and Meghmani Crop Nutrition Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries, with the company. The board had approved the scheme on 4 Apr 2026.
The scheme becomes effective once the certified order is received and filed by all the companies with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. A copy of the order was filed with the intimation.
Inference
The tribunal’s order was pronounced on 8 Oct 2026, and the company reported receiving the certified copy the next day. The scheme is not in effect until the filing with the Registrar is made.
